I lead the DevSecOps team with a primary focus on fortifying customer infrastructure through the implementation of best practices and cutting-edge tools. Embracing a shift-left approach, we meticulously select tools that align seamlessly with customer requirements. In my role as team leader, I’ve spearheaded the management of strategic partnerships with chosen vendors, enriching our portfolio. Additionally, I actively advocate for these tools through diverse channels, including blog posts, conference sessions, and webinars. My responsibilities extend to the day-to-day operations of the team, where I prioritize tasks and address issues in alignment with our customer’s evolving needs. I am also actively engaged in crafting comprehensive project documentation and internal records that showcase the team’s impactful work.

System Engineer with focus on Collaboration solutions. I work mostly on HCL Connections and HCL Digital Experience, collaboration solution based both on WebSphere and modern stack on Kubernetes infostructure. I’m also responsable for WebSphere task authomation with Ansible. Responsable of support of WebSphere Application server environment where I support customers to deploy and mantain J2EE applications.

System Enginner specialized in Domino and Sametime Environments. I had also the responability of a large IBM Connections environment. In addition to the role of system engineer, I was the technical support manager coordinating my colleagues.
